Ordering and Shipping

How long before my jewelry ships?

Because all our jewelry is individually handmade in the studio,  most pieces will ship within 14 business days. Custom orders take 3-4 weeks to ship. We will notify you immediately should there be a delay.

How is my order shipped?

All jewelry is shipped UPS ground with a flat fee of $10.00. Packages are fully insured and require an adult signature. If an exception to the signature is requested we are exempt from any liability.

If you require express shipping please contact us before placing your order.

We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as we can, but please remember each piece of jewelry is individually made and we still need to make it before shipping.
